Any opinions on the subject ? Is it recommended for beginners to use such natural supplements ? Do they work ? Any side effects ? Any particular recommendations/expreiences ?

Thanks!

i tried a sample pack i bought at bonaroo a couple years back no effects really that i can think of.no side effects either. then again the guys that sold them to me had barely had all but one lucid dream in their life so... if your a beginner i recomend just keeping it natural; keep a dream journal.intend to dream. -nap!!!!- (thats a biggy) but most importantly keep asking yourself randomly if your dreaming throughout the day..dont just say it in your head but actually identify the reasons why you KNOW you are or are not dreaming.
if you do this..but reallly do this, each day everyday you should be well on your way towards making sense of the reality we call dreams and unlocking the beauty of lucidity
    good luck & dream on..

How do you know you are not dreaming ?

one good way is to look at your hands. usually in dreams your digits are wiggly and broken looking/ multiple fingers. also look at a digital clock or try to turn a light switch on and off.
if you are dreaming and ask yourself if you are dreaming usually you will notice everything is a little off or things that appeared familiar to you no longer are...also the bizarreness of dreams should be a red flag, although you never question a flying dog in a dream, you only accept it as reality, you would obviously question one in the waking life...then again, in the waking life do you ever question your reality>>>> ?

It seems that some dreams may seem as normal as reality and on the other hand sometimes reality may be bizarr as well... can you still tell the difference ?

nope. thats the beauty of a bizarr dream..you just go with it accept it as reality, dont question it for even a second no matter how bizzare it gets then when you wake up in the morning youre like what a weird freakin dream?!. reality may be bizarre but it always follows laws of our planet, in this reality atleast we are governed by gravity, physics & a relevant nature of things.
Yair, just like now as your reading this you accept this very moment as absolute reality. but it is not the only reality. in the dream realm, where i dwell, you can find everything to convince you it is waking life; you feel physically and mentally, you have emotion, you have memories, you have senses; sight hearing touch smell love, hate joy, relationships with people you meet, and experiences...if that is not real than what is? if this is not another form of absolute reality then dreams are just lies...but you store them as memories as you do with any memory...

im babling and can continue to bable if anyone would like to join me in discussing reality. but i believe i lost track...

dreams are a door to the subconscios unlocked by the higherconscious. If you want to be free...Yair, truly free, free beyond your wildest dreams then please i, along with other fellow Lucid Dreamers can insist that Lucidity is by far the greatest natural drug known to man. You think the matrix is just a movie? ive done things that would put Neo to shame. although i give him credit as he refered to the matrix, i will refer to the dream world, "A world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible"

i hope you find infinity through lucidity...good luck & dream on

my take on supplements for beginners is to not rely on them. lucidity is hard, and only experience and time can deepen the practice. that being said.... some supplements do help with remembering dreams, and others are known to have real effects on the brain's health. The best metaphor I can come up with is performance-enhancers for professional athletes. do they help? yes, but athletes still have to go to practice every day. but is it cheating? not in my opinion. cognitive liberty prevails.

i wrote more about the subject on my blog: dreamstudies.org/articles/...pplements/
