I've come to the conclusion that all of my lucid dreams have been nothing more than O.B.Es. Most times when i find myself in a lucid dream i notice i am always in the room, bed what have you that i fell asleep in. I merely get out of my bed and try to escape my house...to explore. In my lucid dreams I find myself outside already..in a dream but conscious of the fact. My OBEs are not dreams, they are something different. I meet people, spirits, energy what have you in my astral experiences.

My last "lucid dream" completely blew the lid of what i thought i knew about dreaming. Ive been practicing lucid dreaming for 6 years now. but Ive been experiencing them since i was a child.

In this "dream" i floated out of my bed and as usual found myself in a whirlpool swirling around my room. I was trying to get a better grasp on my lucidity so i did an exercise..or it just happened to happen. I was trying to make a "pillow balloon" float up to the clouds. My room was now some sort of a terrace with awnings which i was jumping from one to the other trying to get higher and higher. aladin style.

I got the balloon pretty high..it started to finally float away. i got excited so i jumped of the awning and tried to catch it or hold onto it, i have no clue what i was trying to do i just wanted to see what would happen.

the balloon was over my bed (where my physical body would be). i dove towards it.....

pheww..how do i explain this...

as i superman jumped up towards the balloon (over my bed) i felt a hand grab me at my belt / waist from the back and it hurled me even further than i expected. i felt the 4 knuckles on my lower back and my pants being lifted a bit from my skin. angels in the outfield style.

i landed on my bed exactly the position as my body was laying. It startled me so much that i woke up. when i did my lower back was tingling as if some energy had just made contact. the knuckle energy feeling faded as i became more awake.

so wtf now?!?! not only was this and OBE, it was a fantastical LD, along with a spiritual realm where spirits/ energy interfere and make physical contact.

I thought i was the go-to-guy when it came to dreaming. now im more confused then ever.

any adivice? i believe in ghosts / spirits / energy / guardian angels even (not sure in the religious sense but in the afterlife spiritual sense)

any way if u do nothing more than read this post, at least dream on...

For the rest of that entire day I had a sneaking suspicion that I was really -still- dreaming. That was a major event in my life in terms of deconstructing ontological certainty. I realized how easily one can be fooled into thinking that one is in a concrete reality.

After this (and a host of other bizzaro experiences) I am finally in a place where I am never completely certain about what is really going on ;-)
It is a baby-step I'm sure, but to me this was a major leap forward.

I tend to remember my dreams so I can't say they are completely lucid in their entirety. To describe the change would be to say I can now read, which is something you can normally not do in dreams. My first lucid experience was placing my hand against a painted door and how the paint was laid on just as thick as it was in reality and how I was really touching it and that it was not a dream. It didn't feel like a dream because I could feel it. That is how it really feels if you touch it. Does that make sense?

They have just continued on from there.

They sort of slow down, and I can feel more...I can feel my hands sort of, like just the surfaces though. I sense another presence (not like the other dream figures). I see a shadow, but he is also like a young child, but bald. He tries to hide, and I know his name is Michael. Its like he leaves the skin of himself behind like a suit, and doesn't get up again. Anyway, then I'm in my father's house. I look out the window at the stars. You know how in dreams you can't see words or numbers clearly usually?

Well, I saw "14" really big in the sky. Followed by "08:00pm".

Then it was a Simpsons commercial (something about a "hula special"). I woke up right after this, thinking it meant a February 14th at 8pm.
I couldn't tell what all this was about. But I thought it was very specific which was interesting considering it happened while I was more or less lucid.

So anyway, if anything ever happens in relation to those numbers/dates, you heard it here first.

I have lucid dreams fairly frequently, but in no way am I an expert on the activity. That being said, I had a lucid dream while napping today and was wondering if anyone had any input.

The first part was not lucid...

I found myself in an obviously high-class restaurant located in an old building. Several friends were present and unaware of the danger I sensed from the owner. He looked different -- he was very clear. When my subconscious places people in my dreams I usually don't see them clearly; I am merely aware of who they are and what they are doing. Their image is comparable to a peripheral view.

He was also someone I have never met before -- another reason I found it odd that I saw every feature so clearly. He was in his late 60's with with sparse, shoulder length, white hair. Slightly overweight but tall. He wore an off-white sports coat with matching slacks and a windsor blue collar shirt that was unbuttoned at the neck. He carried a black cane and was followed by an unclear, hunched minion. He would walk into the room, stop, stare directly into my eyes, smirk, and turn to walk out of the room. It made me more than uneasy. I tried to escape the restaurant and found myself trapped. Scared and defeated, I walked back to the bar and sat down. Everyone was gone.

Then I heard a harmless chuckle from the other end of the bar. For the first time, I noticed a bartender wiping a glass with a rag. He, too, was very distinct although I know I have never met this person. Angry, I demanded an explanation.

"Emily," he said with a gentle smile, "you are dreaming."

"...Oh."

He laughed again. I changed the crimson wall color to a sage green to make sure I had control, then relaxed.

That's when the owner returned looking peeved. I willed him away, but instead of just simply disappearing, he turned slowly, maintaining eye contact as long as possible, and walked up the stairs. When I turned back to the bartender, he looked worried.

"Please be careful of him."

I asked him if he was a part of my subconscious and he laughed again. He said no, and began to explain his presence to me when my boyfriend woke me up.

As I said, I have lucid dreams frequently, but never have I experienced presences like this (except for when my grandpa's visit shortly after his death).

Any ideas?

i was in my house going along with a crazy dream about 2 girls in a bathtub / santa claus / disney world. anyway i realized i was dreaming and walked towards the door. i knew there was an infinite world of possibilities outside..all i had to do was open the door. i opened it with ease.

i remember the sun hitting my face and a rush of joy engulfing me. i flew out from my door and floated down the street. i was dodging cars and flying above my neighborhood. i saw a lady moving fast so i attached an imaginary cord to her to hitch a ride. we were going pretty fast. i wanted to be in the superman position but couldnt do it. i was stuck, leaning backwards. i actually had to use physical streangth to push myself forward to be in the superman position. after a minute or so i did it. it was amazing; it was a breakthru. i floated back into my house and was safely surrounded by my walls. nothing could touch me.

i would go outside once again to the beautiful world outside whenever i would feel re-energized. this happened a few times. it was cool to have a "safe house" i could return to whenever i felt drained ha. it was a cool feeling. then i woke up to the gloomy rainy shitty day outside.

I drove to a dead end court and was going to get out and look around when an older woman on a horse came up slowly to the right side of the car. The horse was light brown / tan and HUGE. I was kind of scared. Then she came around the back of the car and my drivers side window was down. I was kind of scared for some reason because the horse was so big. The only other thing I remember was that the grass was brown and dry like it is now around where I live. Then I woke up.

I have no idea who the lady was. But my first thought in the dream and when I woke up was that she reminded me of my Dads mom who died when I was a young boy.

i fell asleep very very very exhausted and was able to slip into a dream state with ease. i fell asleep but something happened. I was trapped in a state where i was lost, confused, alone & dissoriented. I kept finding myself in a place that was dark..utterly dark and frightening. All i wanted was to relax but it felt as if something had control over me. everytime i slipped in & out of a dream state i heard loud rock music and voices screaming that was uncomforting. It was so loud that i had convinced myself i fell asleep with my radio on or something.

everytime i tried waking up it was impossible. this dissorientation got so bad i had forgotten i even had a bedroom and what it even looked like. in one part of the dream i was asking my friends what had happened to me, i asked them what was real & what was a dream. i asked them if i had been on a drugs & had made me feel this way. I had no clue where i was, how i got there or why i was. When i finally did wake up i was relieved to find myself in my room (with the radio off). so i fell back to sleep, and as quick as i did..the music started again. I felt as if something or someone had control over me and i even tried to put up a shield to protect myself from the bad energy that was so overpowering.

i finally composed myself and decided i had to do something to get out of this "prison" of a state: i thought i would be trapped in this darkness all night. so i started to flout out of my room...then it became all too clear! i need to explore the lucid world and leave this vortex or whatever it was. as i floated out of my room my dissorientation turned into composition. i was clear thinking. i floated towards the spot i am actually sitting right now and found myself in an attic or sorts.

not a scary attic, but a pleasant attic with walls / layers of plywood everywhere and windows too. the darkness in which i was trapped had turned into sunlight (literally: i felt it). with each window i went through the brighter the light got and the closer i got to the outside world. FINALLY i saw a window that led to the outside. i put my hands up against it and it shattered it after a little bit of concentration. so i floated out....

i saw the ocean. it was a dark dark navy blue ocean with ships and oil rigs in it. it was comforting..it was beautiful. i was no longer trapped in that nightmare but had complete control over my mind...no longer dissoriented. i floated up above the ocean then turned around. behind me was a beautiful city scape with skyscrapers and cathedrals and dome buildings and billboards and no pollution. all i can remember was smiling, knowing i had overcome this entitiy; this prison which i thought i could not escape.

it was honestly one of the most beautiful "exits" / "transitions" i have ever experienced. my world was turned 360 degrees..for the better. i had become sober instantly

do you guys understand by "exits" ? every lucid dream i have EVER encountered, i find i have to escape my room/ house or wherever i fall asleep in order to be free in the lucid world. either through floating out a window or opening a door.

*except when i am already outside in a dream then become lucid..thats a freebee.

feedback always welcome
good luck dReam oN...

I've always had lucid dreams, intuition, spirit guides, etc in my life, so the 'super natural' is actually pretty natural to me. Since this Mercury retrograde however, I have been having very lucid and vivid dreams, everyday, especially if I take a nap. That's not what interests me as much as what I'm dreaming. I hope you know what I'm talking about when I say 'energy surges' that go through your body. This has been explained to me as perhaps too much energy when leaving or returning to my body (astral travel).
I had one of these energy surges, which made me feel rather uncomfortable, so I began telling myself to "wake up", to "get out of there." It was quite a task to do so, however, when I did wake, eyes wide open (as it did scare me a little) the energy surge turned into a scrambled radio frequency of some sort, static, like maybe a CB or out-of-tune radio.. and I was listening to phone conversations through the static...
hmmm... big brother tapping in on us? on me?
I heard one female voice loud and clear over the other static, but don't know who it was, or remember what I heard. This was during an afternoon nap, yesterday.
So okay, what a trip.. the sound, the dream followed me out of my sleep. I layed there a good 15 - 20 seconds, awake, listening.
I laid my head back down, because I was still extremely sleepy. (I had a very hard time waking myself up) The next instant dream, very lucid, was three individuals standing at my front door with cordless telephones to their ears. Two males, one man-sized female, dressed in suits (Government, CIA?) I was viewing this from outside of my home. Then they just barged into my house like they were on a mission. I woke myself up and got out of bed. That shit freaked me out. (and no, its not paranoia from participating in any criminal or illegal activity)
But what DOES freak me out is thinking we are being listened to, and invaded upon..
Anyone had similar happenings? Radio? White noise?

The body is a joke, a lost penny.

SIRIUS ALIEN

Any serous alien would be interested in more than abduction. In invading, our on turf1, it would inspect the being rather than shell. We tend to anticipate the alien as destructive predator or even messiah, precisely as the alien suggests.

BROKEN SWITCH

The alien has already landed in the form of your own mind. This psyche so-called by alien Freud is your enemy. You re your own enemy. It invades your being with its thoughts. This mind is of course not yours at all, as it uses you for its mechanical thinking. It is a routine, shempa. The fact is that you can not switch it off.

LIFT

The body is not a joke, and surely not every penny lost. There is ascension for thee brave. Ascension does not come as default, though chances could be distributed. Prospectives vary. One view says that the number of tickets is limited.

STARGATE

The physical body can participate as well as anticipate alchemical transformation. All is easier2 when one loses one's mind. Thee owner of the psyche is mad as the psyche owns him.
PSYCHE

The psyche is an alien spreadsheet, TABVLA NON RASA, a program. the psyche is equal for everyone. On has to get rid of this alien program in order to ascend. Ascension is a way of saying but perhaps excellent rendering of what happens to the intent of the psycheless.

PYCHOBUSTERS

In order to disintegrate psyche on planetary level, we have made use of science. We introduced NASA ephemerids for the rel sky, instead of superstition that haunted the planet for more than 5000 years. To have the real sky above comes as shock to the slaves of the psyche. The psyche is a tribal thing since all have the same psyche. The psyche is programmed to assemble by categories as well to breach commandments by spiritual authorities.

TWO SIGNS OF ERROR

Among the detrimental influences of the psyche, we have lack of upgrade for precession. Th planet s going through its long cycles according to precession. ascendants change as the skies rotate. The southern constellations3 offer opportunity while the eastern determine the guardian angel. All this was screened from humanity, which was assigned a vulgar unchanging set of 12 equal zodiacal stations that absurdly served as ascendants, too. Conan was doomed to the Catherine wheel. The wheel as moved slowly by the slaves was grinding stone to the foundations of Earth. But true mind is diamond, not granite.

TRUE MIND

True mind is distilled by binary discreation. One is neither this nor that. It takes twenty minutes to make true min resurface, at first as complete void, creative void. Intent leads further.

2But not that easy, of course. at first, after losing psyche, one has no resources, no directions.

ive been messing with the idea of moving / controlling water. at first it started out small. untill the other night when it got scary.
i found myself in on the beach. i was staring at the ocean. i was lucid and the first thought that came to mind was "tidal wave!"
so i looked at the ocean and knew i had complete control. instantly the small waves crashing on the shore turned into one huge tidal wave growing right above me. in a matter of a second my worst thought came to me...

" oh my god.. what did i just do..."

the tidal wave was so fucking frightening , just now i got the chills thinking about it...people around me were screaming, i just sat there staring up, it got dark as the wave covered the sun behind it. i mean this was the biggest thing ive ever seen. in an instant the wave came crashing down on me, i closed my eyes (knowing it was a dream) but could not deny the reality of my being.the thought that i may never wake up from this crossed my mind for an instant. the wave crashed, ifelt no pain, i didnt feel water or anything only a sudden rush of anxiety.

i didnt want to open my eyes. when i did i feared the worst... everything around me was destroyed. it was dark, dismal. it was like a bomb whent of, debris every where. i didnt want to be dreaming anymore. i woke up depressed.

ive always thought i could have complete control over my dreams. now im starting to realize how powerful the mind really is.
be careful what you dream for.
im sorry guys this shit is getting a little too intense for me.
from dreamer to dreamer, feedback is always welcome...

i remember the second i fell asleep. i floated out of my body instantly..not even wanting to but rather as if it was a release i was waiting for. this state is a little creepy because you go from being alone in your bed to hearing and seeing people around you. many times i confuse these vocies as spirits, and the fact that this state of mind is very dark makes it a little freaky. i wasnt ready to let go just yet so i woke up.
i relaxed myself and went back to sleep. i woke myself up again due to the instante voices i heard. finally i told my self "just go with it man - have some fun"

so i did haha

i found something that made me feel not alone - a companion- i wanted my brother to be there. so he was, we shared a smile both knowing we were dreaming, both knowing the potential of a world with no borders or boundaries. i nodded my head toward the back door hinting we should go outside. with a wave of my hand i opend the door like i had to force. it made me confident knowing how much control ive accumulated over the years. i laughed when the door opened as i waved my hand it made me chuckle.

so we were outside, not fully in a vivid dream, but dream enough that i had plenty control. we were flying and shit. i tested out my new spidey web trying to latch onto trees. the dream state was young so my powers were a little weak. the web diidnt really go where i wanted it to.

anyway ive wanted to ride a hover board since i saw back to the future. i wanted to find one on my deck but couldnt. so insted i just imagined what it would be like to be on one. suddenly i was hovering on what felt like a hover board. nothing was under me but hey its a start!

what i really want to do (haha) is ride a hover board through a speeding highway, skitchin onto cars with my spidey web and go from car to car maybe launch into the air or something haha.

About everything. I wake up every single morning, and just want to cry because my days are so influenced by the sadness/panic/terror I wake up from. Apparently, I talk quite often in my sleep, and sometimes sound like I'm crying, or trying to scream.

I suffer from depression and panic attacks, and am on meds. for these. I know they could be some of the problem.....but every single night, to only have nightmares??? Last night I had a nightmare that involved my boyfriend being awful to me....and I've barely been able to look at him all day, it's so hard to separate my dreams from waking life.

Do you think learning how to lucid dream might help? Does anyone in the Bay Area or Seattle have subliminal CD's, or one of those lucid-dreaming masks I can borrow?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i was having a lucid dream, i was very clear headed and feeling in control so instead of getting carried away with my x-men indulgences i willed to meet my dream guide. i willed him to appear and i turned a corner and there he was sitting at a small coffee table. waitng 4 long years to finally meet him there he was was all well dressed, had an over coat and well groomed. he wasnt skinny but he wasnt fat, he was merry.he was very polite and very kind. i myself was wearing my best blazer and nice shoes as if this was a proper meeting and we both had to dress the part.

so we started talking.

first off, he thanked me for being so in tune with his world. he told me i was doing a great job and should keep up the good work with my dream practices. i felt comforted knowing someone was looking out for me.

prior to meeting him i was trying to do lucid stuff and some senient being wasnt letting me. he was bringing me down and he seemed kind of evil. my powers didnt work around him.

anyway our conversation continued and i think i meandered off into dream world then suddenly realizing "hey wheres my guide?!" i flew to a little coffee shop and asked the two girls behind the counter if they had seen my guide, they said "he's always with you" and kind of hinted towards behind me. i turned around and there he was, sitting peacefully at a small coffee table. i sat down and told him about the people i have met in my dreams, some good some bad, all very real.

then i asked, "are the people in the dream world real, are they alive?"

he answered, "do feel like im real? do you feel alive right now?

"yes" . . .

"the people in your dream are just as real as you, they go through their daily lives just like you, but in a dimension unlike your own" that got me thinking and continues to..

i had a lucid a couple days after that and i willed him. he was in my back yard doing a "dream exercise". he was still my guide, but he looked and acted a little different. He actually looked like the old homeless guy i serve food at the restaurant i work at.

his dream exercise: he was breaking branches into small pieces, throwing them in the air and catching it...he instructed me to do the same.

easy i thought? right??
not at all....
i had control over my dream but found i had little control over my exact body motion. i threw the sticks in every direction, not being able to catch them. like yoda he told me to concentrate..i practiced and practiced and after a few more tries i mastered it. i was in more control than i think ive ever been. after that we were walking down the street and i asked him if he needed a place to sleep (because he was homeless) he said he had a friend who was taking care of him for the night but appreciated the offer. he also spoke of a "cave" as he was telling me the sun seemed to be turned off then back on, like a lightswitch it went completely pitch black, then the light returned. im not sure the significance of the dark cave he brought me to or refered to but ill try to find out.

feeling in control after my dream exercise i wanted to fly. lately ive been having trouble flying. i cant seem to fly forward, only up for a short while then land behind myself as if in a backwards arch. this time i flew forward, my body outstreched like superman, something i havnt done in a year

I became lucid and attempted to fly. Couldnt. Normally I jump backwards and the falling sensation propells me into the sky. This time my back hit the ground. I went to burrow into the earth...I met resistance just like you would in this reality. I had lost my powers!!

The next night I became lucid in a house. I joyously started jumping about and announcing that I was dreaming and I intended to fly away. People in the house started looking at me strangely which prompted me to check my fingers. THEY WERE NORMAL. No blur, no mishapen, no misnumbered digits. I thought I had made a mistake and finished the dream acting "normal". When I woke up I realized it had been a dream!

What does this mean? Are my two worlds melting together? Do I need to find new ways to 'trick' myself into being able to use my powers?

I had always entertained the idea that this reality and the dreamworld would become one, but I had hoped it would be the other way...be able to access my powers here, instead of loosing them there. Whats happening?

i was in a dessert city. it was pretty neat, cacti everywhere along with dunes and hills but also big open bodies of crystal blue water. very poetic.

i was "replaying" a movie...most of my action Lucid Dreams seem to be in a plot like a movie.

i was with Alien (like alien & predator). he was on my side...we were good. furthest back as i can remember we were trying to destroy the evil military. we were in a little shack with this evil dude. i knew he was gonna get tangled in the alien's tentacle because he wouldnt give us the information we needed. i knew this bc this is how the movie went and how we had to play it out. so he got tangled and the alien was suffocating him with a death grip. i was to then chop of the alien's tentacle with an axe to finish the deal, he would grow another. i think we had another teammate with us too. so we had to flee the shed. there were military humveys and tanks around us. i remember flying above this awesome desert city. the alien knew i was lucid so he didnt have to help me fly, but did our other companion. i would see him fly just like i would, he had a white glowing sphere around him as he flew. so i just had to look up and find the flying sphere and thats where i would fly to.

i was flying forward and up, very high, as high as an airplane.
when i landed one time i saw the alien and our friend inside robot suits that were more like machines, like the ones in the video games. it looked like they had solar panels on them for eneryg. i went behind a bunker and knew there was one waitng for me...

this was one of the coolest things ive ever found in a LD. my very own flying robot machine with arms and legs and missiles and rockets on my feet and jetpacks...haha

the thing had a hundred buttons on the front and i was pushing some to get it out of the bunker. it was size "medium" just my size so i fit in it perfectly. i got in and it was AWESOMe.

i used to levers to fly. ive been having trouble flying lately so this was an awesom confidence boost. i could fly up so high and far (because the jet boosters were flying me, not my mind) i went so high that i saw the horizon..i saw the sky turne from normal to light purple to dark purple, to almost barely touching space. i felt so in control...

now it was time to take care of business and destroy some evil military bunkers bases and tanks. the missiles i had where amazing, illuminated the sky with blue explosions. i had a gatling gun on my other arm and was lightign up helicopters.

anyway to make a long story short. if your having trouble flying, like i have been lately, find a robotech suit or plane or spaceship and use that, trust me it will do most of the work for you, and its a fucking blast...

dont care if u reply just take heed!
dream on...

the dream then went on and fell out of lucidity. we had arrived to this "event" that was inside a building. highschool kids and other people were walking around this building that resembled a bar/ show room/ lightshow. i walked into this room that couldnt of been no more than 20x20 FT. the cieling was about 35 feet high and it was an "illusion room". everything was black and dark like a movie theater but lights were on the walls floor and cieling that looked like arrows kind of like " > " but wider. the lights were moving in unison and converging in the middle of the room and on the middle of the cieling. i thought "wow.this is trippy" i wanted to enhance my "trip" so i laid down on the ground with my head in the corner of 2 walls. i did this because i wanted to trip out by looking up the walls and the cieling it was neat like i was in a worm hole or lightspeed or something. now thinking about it, ive been to this room in other dreams.

im an artist and always get inspired or get ideas from my dreams. would be cool to reproduce this room in real life. the plane bus..eh a little bit more tricky...but it never hurts to dream ; )

so ive never been one to EVER believe in destiny or a pre-determined fate. free will is one of the little freedoms we as souls have. i still believe in free will but a free will that has already been written..if that makes any sense..

ive had one too many precog dreams to deny the fact that our path is already paved we just have to walk it. i hate that i know this, but i do so ive been getting to deal with it. i in fact enjoy knowing that everything thats supposed to happen...will happen. when i sleep i dream and sometimes when i dream i catch a glimpse into my life, my life that hasnt happened yet. ive been struggling with this idea and oddly feel at ease.

some examples...

the biggest has to be the dream i had about a car rolling down a driveway into oncoming traffic and me and my friend having to pull the e-brake to stop it...i woke up and this happened to me in less than ten minutes...the accident had it happened could have been fatal.

ive had dreams (many dreams) about pictures on the moon. just today i saw a billboard that said "Moon-vertising coming sooon!" and it had a picture of a large lazer light that i guess will put an ad on the moon.

other dreams more subtle..like having a dream with a certain actress or actor i would never think of then the next day find myself unknowingly sitting infront of the tv with their movie playing.

it happened to my little sister too. i was longboarding with little brother who had a shortboard and my sis who had rollerblades. my brother and i switched boards for a bit, i said "wow im not used to this im used to havin g abigger board" my sister told me she had dreamt that exact moment to the T...my words, all three of us skating.

so what have i learned? ive learned to simply smile throughout life. everything that my life is supposed to be..will. it comforts me during stressfull times and makes me laugh during times i probably shouldnt be....

what do you think?
feedback please

I'v been finding myself able to change things I don't like in my dreams lastly. For instance, in my last dream an insect sat on my palm and stang me. The venom began to dissolve my hand like some kind of acid and it burned out a small hole.
I was scared at first but then it occurred to me that it doesn't have to be that way and I can stop and undo it with the force of my mind. So I "shook it off" and the wound healed quickly. It's worth noting that I never got lucid. I continued to dream the regular, non-lucid dream. Some time later I was posing for pics of me with 4 naked girls and the camera with the pics got stolen. Then again I somehow undid the theft. Can't remember how I did it but it was like I convinced myself that the theft hadn't happened.
Another trick was that the girls were not too resistant. I thought it would be interesting to make them relatively submissive without robbing them of all their free will, and made them so. I could get them to get naked for the pics but couldn't have sex with them. Had they been so easy it would have been boring, lol.

I'm getting more and more able to do those tricks and it's way cool, even better than lucid dreaming which I haven't had much luck with.
I don't have to control every bit of the scene, just let everything go naturally and only intervene when needed.
The most fun is when you create a character to your liking and let them act their way, say a girl who is into you but doesn't give up easily and teases you and stuff.
The invervention is kind of uncomfortable, it detracts from the pleasure of dreaming, makes the dream less of a live experience and more of a technical, emotionless thing. That's a good protection against abuse.

its a lucid dream for sure, but its not in a world you and i know. its a psychadelic light world where shapes seem to be moving at alarming rate. i have no body only a soul and im always floating with endless space in every direction. its a place where light is the scape that surrounds you. kind of like when you close your eyes and push your fingers just slightly over your eyelids then the colors and shapes start to get out of this world

i can recall traveling through a psychadelic wormhole where the geometry of shapes and lights around me was near to perfect even as they shifted and morphed everything was unified. another time it looked like a blue light thing (resembled a train) but just in shapes was wizzing past me so fast i felt hypnotized, if there was a speedometer im sure it would have been in the hundreds.

another time i was actually inside my brain looking at my "third eye" which was a green glowing pulstating star that got brighter, faster and stronger the more i gazed at it. i KNEW it was my third eye for some reason. i remember my waking body feeling more tense around the middle of my forehead but inward. it a was a force ive never experienced.

I often have scary lucid dreams involving a dark shadow crowding over me, which I feel is some kind of evil demon, who has the power to suffocate me without touching me. In the dream I am usually to scared to scream before it takes away my breathing. I can see my lover sleeping next to me, but I can't get his help. I used to have similar dreams when I was really young, but they usually involved a demon with a more detailed face. I know that the demon part I can blame on the fact that my parents raised my in a religion, but ever since I left home I found my own path and no longer believe in religion. I am looking for advice on how to stop this dream, or maybe help me wake up from it. It is often a problem for me to wake up from these dreams once the shadow starts suffocating me. Thanks!

I've always wanted to be able to have a shared dream experience with someone, a dream in which two (or more) people have the same dream together and can communicate in that way. I've tried with several of my friends and partners to have such an experience, with minimal results.

I did have something of a dream sharing, in that I had a dream that was very unusual and outside of my regular dream-scapes. In the dream I was flying around the solar system with my partner in a silver space ship. When I told him about this weird dream and described the ship to him, he said that it was exactly like a series of dreams that he regularly had. Then two days later he had an unusual dream about finding me in the forest, living in a tree, communicating with tree-spirits. That type of dream would be something that would occur in my dream world. So we did get a peek into each others dreams, but not the full-on trip I was hoping for.

Has anyone had a shared dream with someone? I'd love to hear about your experiences, and perhaps some tips on how to embark upon such a journey. Love - SciFiGirl

I always say "this was my craziest lucid dream ever", it wasn't but it does rank high up there.

I REALY would like feedback on this one thing if anything: when i start a lucid, most times i find myself floating around in my room like im engulfed in a whirlwind or some force that whisps me across the room. I noticed that im always facing the ground or very low to it.

This force has complete control over me. Its VERY euphoric, hypnotizing and relaxing. In this dream i started off just floated around, i was curious if i was the only thing floating or if i was in a weightless dimension. I had my phone in my hand and i let go of it...like me the phone floated as if we were in outerspace...so nice...

anyway after i get pass that stage i started to gain control like always. i think i was floating around in some building. I wanted to go outside because it was so beutiful from the windown i was looking through. I opened the window and noticed i was a few stories up. I saw 2 fluffy fat red birds perched outside just looking at me almost as if they could talk to me if they wanted to. i knew it was a dream and i wanted to fly...ripped of their wings and attatched them to my back and i was off.. i was flying around this beutiful landscape.

i discovered a new lucid ability....i was able to stretch my body like stretch armstrong or like in the fantastic four. now that was a sight to behold. i even used my outstreched arms to slingshot myself into the sky haha. next i remember i was in a dark dismal city..but it felt like a movie so it was fun...i hear a police sirens and see the red and blue lights flashing. the cop car kareens towards me and cop starts firing rounds at me. as the car was driving towards me i imagined it would be lugging a helicopter..i turned the bend it was. I intentionally did this becuase ive yet to fly a plane, chopper, spaceship...so i jumped ontop of the hood of the car dodging the bullets that went right through me and hijacked the chopper. i flew away and was flying through this Gotham city.

This started out like a regular dream which eventually turned lucid. this is my second lucid dream in 2 nights..

I was in Canada...?? yea anyway i was in this building, it was like an apartment that housed only young punk kids so parties there were an everynight occurance. My one friend found a way to break into one of the empty rooms and we were hanging out in there soon more people showed up and a party started. I remember riding a quad around this room. anyway the party ended and everyone went downstairs..the hallways and stairwells were adourned with posters for upcoming shows and old ones long past.

This is where it gets good...

i was doing a newreport with this other girl we were now in a different building but in the same complex. i was in a room packed with people wall to wall..you couldnt move..the girl gave her speech about something i dunno it sounded good she was kind of up higher than she spoke into the camera "and pablo now with the latest on...whatever" suddenly EVERYONE in the room looked at me..lt felt like a hundred people. they all waited..and waited for me to say something i had no clue wat to say. I REALIZED I WAS DREAMING and thought to myself...fuck the speech, im gonna show these people soemthing theyve never seen before...i jumped up and flew high above everyone. I was hanging from a light fixture in the high cielings. the crowd was in an uproar as if they had just seen superman or something. they were asking me questions and i was explaining to them that were all in a dream...my dream...

i flew around the room some more then landed on this little ledge where i was bombarded with questions from this moron. he asked> "why didnt you give your speech, your just trying to show off...you should of given your speech" haha i started laughing in his face and had to convince him the speech was irrelevant it doesnt matter anymore now that im lucid

the crowd then opened up a circle for me..i was showing them wat else i was capable of...i sprung water from my hands. i outstreched my arms 15 feet long and for the finale i made fire from my hands...this was interesting,,,

i held my hands as if a force was growing between them...i felt a fire start..i opened my hands more an more and BOOM! an explosion of what looked like white fireworks shot out of my hands i did this a few more times ....i kept doing this then the strangest of strangest things happened...when i the firework looking lights shot out from my hands i felt (in my physical body) my hands tingling like pins and needles...like i actually was making some sort of energy in my hands that even leaked into my physical body...this is when i stopped because it kind of freaked me out....also the cops were back again and wanted to break up the party. i was one the 3 of age people there so the cops would assume we provided the beer and would have us all arrested...crazy canadian cops...anyway i walked away calmly as all the cops eyed me down..i forgot abou my lucidity for a minute and was worried of getting arrested

i saw the other 2 people getting cuffed as i walked pass them...the cops said we see you pablo you better not go anywhere...i bolted out the window and started running...behind me was this asian guy who was trying to catch me, no longer a cop....

this is the second time i had an INTENSE lucid battle with an asian guy....past life experience or somehting?? anyway i remember i was lucid once again and tried to shake him off by leaping ontop of buildings from roof top to rooftop like in the matrix i was flying and leaping and floating soo much at this point that even figured out how to leap further forward...you look to you left or right when you jump and the scenery will help you move further and faster through the air.. i was now ontop of this cathedral type building with the asian guy following my every move i had to leap and leap and fly away fromhim...finally i saw the highest building and made my way up it from rooftop to rooftop i finally made it ontop of this highhhhh building....i was able to see the horizon and the city scape around me..it was beutiful and i felt like king of the world..i was just sitting of the ledge looking off into the distance just thinking when i saw this other lucid dreamer fly jump towards me..she was a friend...she was asian too!! we were both ontop of this talllllll building...like the one in vanilla sky...we were so happy to find a fellow lucid dreamer in this dream world...we were sharing lucid stories and adventures, she was telling me how "she was so symetrical" and i said i was too..i showed her my palms and they were the same as hers with a straight line across and a perfect curve down, no breaks all even..all symetrical..its hard to deny that she only existed in my mind i like to believe she dreamt of me too....if that sounds weird whatever but if that was you pleas let me know!!! haha

anyway all in all ive been having great lucid dreams lately...figuring out new abilities experiencing new landscapes and cityscapes, having more control and staying lucid longer...i know this was a long entry and i appreciate anyone who took the time to let themselves into my world, if it was just even for a moment....

good luck and dream on...

im not sure exactly whether to post this but i figure my fellow lucid dreamers can relate to me more than any others can...anyway here it goes.. a couple nights ago i went to bed around 5am (totaly sober). I was so extremely exhausted that i easily slipped into a lucid state very quickly.

the dream: I found myself floating around my house, but not the regular kind of floating, more like someone or soemthing had control over me and was tumbling me around in the air..my house was dark and very very unwelcoming. I felt evil. I felt darkness depression, fear, all of the above. In my dream i felt very out of place and very scared. I floated into a bedroom which used to be mine, i saw my body lying on the ground facing the window (which faces a cementary, which i saw in my dream from oustide the window) I wanted to be whole with my body so i floated towards it. i was about to merge my soul with my body then suddenly i felt something push me or pull me away from my body (very violently) it felt like two of the same magnets pushing each other apart. i got more scared. i tried again to enter my body, i did but some force didnt want me facing the window (towards the cementary) so instead my sould was facing the left while my body was facing the right. Once inside my body i found myself lying in my bed...still the dream.....i was in bed but i felt a dark evil around me. this darkness (which i felt as a man) was pusing me off my bed. I was constantly sliding off my bed. This terrified me to the point where i wanted to cry, but i couldnt move, i couldnt scream i couldnt even cry but i do remember whimpering because thats the only thing i could do. i finally woke up when i got pushed off the bed entirely. I remember thinking "this isnt real this cant be happenin" so i woke up lying on my back......

It was around 5:50am when i opened my eyes. i was paralyzed and in that split second i saw and heard my door to my room open just a tiny bit by itself then close, as if something or someone was letting themselves out. I finally wiggled out of the sleep paralysis and yelled to see if someone was in the hallway no one was. i also noticed my pillow was hanging halfway off my bed as was i.

now thinking about this i remember a dream i had years ago where someone (a man) invisible was pulling the sheets of me while i slept..again in that dream i couldnt move..at that time my bedroom was in the room where my soul entered my body (the one facing the cementary)

Also, last year i woke up from a nap and sleep paralysis had taken over my body. the second i woke up i was conscious but couldnt move. I then heard a womans voice talk into my ear. She had an accent and a sense of urgency in her voice...as if she had been waitng an eternity to tell me what she told me. i dont remember her exact words but the message was something like...dont be scared, its ok, close your eyes you are safe...

that voice was welcoming, scary at first then i realized she meant me no harm. but this encounter with the door opening and closing is beyond me

are my senses of the paranormal evolving?
have i had this presence visit me before as a child?
whats the connection with sleep paralysis and encountering spirits? does it have to do with having your mind in both worlds?

hey everybody, i'm new to posting here... and on tribes for the most part.. but i had an experience i've been wanting to share with someone.. so here goes:::::: it'll probably be a bit long

the beginning is scary, in short i'm with a large group of women and children, trying to find a way to avoid these "ku klux klan" members from finding and then killing us. i'll skip the details for now though, and fast forward to about where i become lucid. maybe i'll add them later. anywho- i'm in this shed in the middle of a forest, and there is this portal. there is a lion sitting at its entrance, and i see a woman approach him, she is asking for permission which the lion grants, and she walks into the portal but is incinerated instantly while passing through. i see another woman, more magical looking, go through the same procedure, only she passes through alive. i realize that if one of us can pass through this portal, we'd achieve the power to defend ourselves from the KKK members. i myself do not feel worthy, but there is this incredible athlete in the room, performing all kinds of amazing, stud-like stunts. i recognize him to be a good person and convince him that because of his strength that he can enter through the portal and return with the ability to protect my group of people. he's skeptical, but i have a strong understanding of him and his history somehow, and i know he's felt he was born for something big and use this to convince him that this is it. this is all it takes, and he goes toward the lion and the portal. i instantly feel guilty, because although i'm sure he'll pass through, what if he doesn't? i feel like maybe i've just exploited a flaw of his, and feel how scared i am to just try enter myself, and feel selfish- even though i'm telling myself i'm looking out for a collective good. i watch him get permission from the lion, he starts to enter which causes him and the lion to both incinerate. this is shocking, and causes me to suddenly say "fook it all" (not really) and dart in impulsively......

oh the BURN! oh nope, wait, actually i make it in just fine ^_^ the portal was like a blue/green water glass, and the transition memory is vague, (my memory in general isn't very vivid) but the feeling of being on the otherside was a total lightness of body. a cool-but-warm fuzzy-wuzzy-ness. i felt suspended, although i could feel my still ground just as well. it wasn't intensely blissful by any means, but still very pleasant. my motion was fluid, but after a few seconds of experimenting with the sensation through entertaining movements, i began to be still. i decided to turn around and go back in , and when i pass i come inside a room with my sister in a different story and with no memory of pre-portal entry. so i'm describing to my sister enthusiastically like a child how i managed to come back through the portal alive, and i'm trying to describe how i feel. then i realize i'm a walking cat, and i think about how funny i must look walking on my hind legs. haha. i start to dance and experiment with my light-as-a-feather body feeling all the while trying to imagine how ridiculous i must still look in all these kitty poses. then i become a cartoon cat with an ability to run really fast. i say to my sister "look at what i can do" and attempt to run around the room at super fast speeds, but am not able to the way i imagined i could. my legs are doing the unreal motions, (you know the cartoon legs spinning and a cloud of smoke ) but i'm not moving fast at all. this is when i realize i gotta pass through the portal again and see whats on the other side.

when i do, i get hit by the very energizing realization that i'm in a dream. i pause for a second to get an impression of my body/mind in relation to one another and also to my environment. i'm in a medow, its daylight, i can feel clearly my entire body. i feel very sustained, very clear, very focused, very alive, and well , just very lucid. after my pause, i begin to walk slowly, taking my time, and i notice my observations don't become distracted, distorted or vagued-out by movement etc, i want to keep this awareness, i don't even consider intending to enhance it, and so i keep walking, constantly remaining with my intention and lucidity. then suddenly an impression from my waking life, a feeling-body and an accompanying image, is trying to enter into myself, but it's too vague and for a moment i try to remember other aspects of who i am exactly, vividly, in real life. but i find any impression i can begin to sense to be way too elusive, and decide to continue with my exploration instead. i feel like i'm on a quest to locate and understand other dream selves that make up me, and in a way, i feel like i'm here to stay. i come across this part of the ground that starts to steep in, i go down and i find this river. i decide i want to go down the river, but i also want to hove-glide across it, so i begin to step inside it with this intention, but i'm doubting this'll happen and expect just to fall in and have to swim, but then to my surprise i am actually floating above it and downstream effortlessly. so i start to appreciate just how realistic and detailed the sky, water, plant life and forests surrounding me are. i also take a moment to appreciate that i'm actually taking the time to do this (usually in these dreams i feel a compulsive need to accomplish something or manipulate my environments). i begin to wonder how well i'll recall the actual realism of this dream when i wake up, or if i will recall it at all. i begin to breathe into my body and feel it out, and for a moment i'm scared for some reason, like i'm in foreign territory, and something harmful is lurking in the environment, but then i find peace in just continuing to breathe inside myself while looking around. i also realize how much more peaceful it is to just breathe the air as it is, instead of trying to imagine myself breathing in any energy but that, for any other reason than just to feel refreshed.

hmmm, this is long.... but it feels good to type and revisit it :) it doesn't really matter if anyone decides to read it.

anyways, i eventually end up inside this house, and i am looking through it, trying to find any clues as to the significance of being here in this dream. i feel like i should get some kind of valuable insight out of it all. this house i know is mine, i feel like i actually live here consistently in the depth of my dreams, or somewhere, because it is just so incredibly "my place" feeling. i keep a strong focus on exploring my surroundings and mentally tracing my body "outline", that way i don't wake up or lose my lucidity. i come to these to all these bedrooms and there is just so much stuff. like someone had just moved in. i wonder if this is how i keep it or if it was left here as stuff i would need. there is a dresser with odd little items on it, i start to read them, and i read a bunch, although i can't remember the little phrases, but one makes me feel like it was a very real inevitability that i would remain focused in the dreamstate and pick up where i left off, memory wise, every while i slept. i felt like this dream, and this home feeling, was to establish some sort of link. anyways, eventually, two women and a guy visit me inside, they don't talk much, at least i can't remember them saying much, except i feel a strong connection and affection with one of the women, and i feel its mutual, and she acts as if she knows me, but i don't know how she would. apparently she has to leave now though, and so me and this dude and this other woman continue to look around my house. at this point , i'm not sure anymore if i'm actually dreaming or if i'm here in this place to stay forever. the perspective and attention has been so consistant throughout, and its been a long, long dream (theres a great amount i can't remember) i decide, to ask a question, as were walking around these stairs, i'm thinking to myself "well, ok , i do actually know this is a dream, but i want to know who and why this dream guy is" and so i say "i know this will sound silly, and i ask this a lot in these kind of dreams......" and then the woman interrupts me "don't ask that" (i was going to ask if he knew he was a character in my dream) , the way she said it, felt like a warning, and i interpreted it as if the dream would end if i asked. then this other woman joins up, but immediately i don't trust her and i can sense my companions don't either, i go into this room for some reason alone eventually and i sit on a chair and the woman barges in, and she's jessica simpson's physical body, in barely any clothes, and i feel like she's here to test me, she's going to want to have sex with me, because this is my dream, and even though everything but her physical appearance is completely undesirable, i decide it can't harm to just kiss and make out with her. so she comes right up to me, and i realize she's not wearing enough clothes to cover her vagina, and so i know if i start to make out with her i'm going be set up to penetrate her instantly, and she starts to talk about it and play with it, then immediately the dude comes in and then i'm relieved because i can't be tempted to have sex with her with him there and she leaves. i thank him for coming in, i was telling him i didn't think i could resist the temptation. and i started feeling ashamed because i believe that woman i felt attracted to in a more affectionate way earlier would be disappointed in me for giving in to lust. i don't remember his response, but he just implied she wasn't any good for me. then he was making me out to be some sort of leader, but i could never be good at it so long as i felt a compulsion to be better or worse than everyone else. i needed to stop being distracted by comparisons to step into my creativity and know myself as potential choice. we were walkign throuhg a burger king now, and i was starting to feel like i was losing my focus, i felt distracted and more autopilot now. now we were walking through this sort of school line walk through, but now i was being inattentive to my surroundings and my body sensations we're becoming vague. i probably should have been running into people accidently, but my dream companion was watching me carefully, adjusting my direction before any collisions. anyways, i got some sort of nasty, fast food looking sandwich, and then i was at the end of the line paying, and the guy palmed a bunch of greesy friess and slopped them onto my plate. i was wondering what we were doing here anyway, and by now i drifted off into unconsciousness, no idea i was in a dream. or at least little idea. there was a hair on the food, but i decided i wasn't going to eat it anyway so i wouldn't say anything. then more may have happened, but i dont' remember what. i also remember flying around freely at some point in the dream, creating a diamond grid around my body for imaginative fun, but i don't know where it fit into the dream at.

wow, that was long, i wonder if anyone is reading this right now. well, it looks like you are, you dork ... haha :)

anyways, it seems to have clear, spelled out messages, but anyone have anything to share in response? opinions? your own dreams? anything it makes you think of, i'd love to hear, thanks..

The dream I had last night was very simple. I was a wide street with several lanes and cars were waiting for the light change. There was someone else with me, an older man. He hesitated in crossing the street. When I was very close to reaching the other side I looked back and he has started crossing but seemed very afraid. He finally made a go of it and the cars were approaching.. somehow they were not slowing for the man. He had trouble walking but he decided to run for it. He reached my side but was very agitated. Then suddenly he began having breathing difficulties and maybe a heart attack. He was dying.. a woman (who was not there before) was holding him while he was going through his last moments.. he didn't say anything but tried .. I remember looking straight into his eyes.. they were youthful and did not seem to belong to him.. he was very old with very white hair. At some point I got up and left and when I woke up I had the sense he had died while I was away.. Any insight? I've read before somewhere that death dreams are not necessarily bad... but this dream left me feeling guilty somehow..

The main three seem to be "regular" dreams I remember only as shadows and am not particularly involved in; then there's epic dreams with mindblowing detail and complexity and beautiful storylines, people, lands and ideas, in which I have a certain amount of control I've been gradually increasing; and finally there's waking. My struggle is between the second and third, often in my dream I will be influencing my environment, maybe choosing to fly or create things in a certain way, and then what feels like a different part of my conscious self REALIZES I'm influencing my environment, realizes consciously that I'm dreaming, and I start slipping rapidly back into my waking body.

So, have you ever seen the movie "waking life"? If not, you should, as it deals with lucid dreaming... There is a part of the movie that talks about how to tell if you are in your 'waking life' or if you are having a lucid dream... If you are dreaming, you supposedly cannot alter lights, nor read a digital clock, so the guy says 'if you are wondering if you are having a lucid dream or not, try to flip the light switch or look at the clock..."

So, I'm having this dream in which I am in my childhood living room. Not sure what the context of the dream was prior to this point, but all the sudden I realize I am dreaming. I (at this point) had never had a lucid dream and had ALWAYS wanted to, so I got real excited. Immediately, I try to flip the light switch, and nothing happens. Then, I look over at a clock, and I can't read it- the number are all distorted! So, I start thinking, OK- what do I want to do?? But, got so excited, I woke myself up... boo... so funny, though. I have since had another lucid dream in which I levitated and all kinds of stuff, but I thought this would be a funny story to share. Moral of the story- don't get too excited if you are having a lucid dream. ha ha...

Have any of you had things happen in reality and the theme continues in your dreaming?

This dream was early Jan. Was on top of a hill, looking out at the horizon, it was a beautiful day. Am enthralled by the expansive view from up here.
Then became aware my arms have exteded out in front, palms up and feels like i am drawing something towards my chest.
I hear a rumble of thunder, then someone is yelling behind me, turning i see a car parked on the grass a little way down the hill. Two people are in the car 1 guy, 1 woman, and a guy is standing next to an open back door. He is pointing to the sky behing me, and fear is on his face as he looks at me.
Turning back i look to the horizon and there is the BIGGEST most beaurtiful Eagle made of lacy dark cloud. its whispy beauty form the Eagles feathers and wings with such perfection my breath is taken away and my heart leaps with such beauty. My hands rise again and as they slowly draw towards my chest they seem to draw the Eagle across the sky towards me. Thunder rolls 4 more times and each time another Cloud Eagle comes over the horizon. Such beauty has no words.
Felt the pull on my hands as they drew the Eagles forward slowly. Then arms fell to my sides and in front of me 5 Great Eagles stood motionless in the sky, in spear formation all the way to the horizon!
The first one still in front and just in front and above me.
"How could i pull or call these Eagles to me??"
Suddenly an awareness hit " They are NOT Eagles, they are Thunder Beings!"
"But who would wish to call in such power?" In awe i studied their cloud perfection bodies, a little blue and white of sky could be seen here and ther amidst the dark lace of their bodies. then i became aware of dark cloud footprints that seemed to walk beside the Thunder Beings!
"What are human footprints doing walking the sky with Thunder Beings?" Instantly i had a recollection of the time i became one with a lightening storm. (Sky Walker)
"They are MY foot prints from that time!"
I could call in the Thunder Beings! but why are they telling me this? Responsibility weighed heavy. Did i have wisdom enough for this gift?
There was a shout behind me and i turned, the guy outside the car was looking at me then the sky with such fear on his face, i was very sad for him, such compassion came up and i could not leave him in fear.
I began walking down the hill and close to the car, i tried to smile as i pointed to the sky and said,"Look at the gift the Creator has given to my boyfriend for his birthday!" (seems he was my boyfriend lol) And i laughed, he looked at the sky and them me with a look of wariness.
They were not sure now that i had called the Beings in.
So i repeated it and gave him a big hug and laughed, soon they were laughing also.
When i turned back to the sky they had gone, felt very sad that i had not thanked them or been able to talk longer with them. Felt a little resentment, it seems other people have a way of needing one when spiritual things like this happen, always someone with fear! I could not understand this fear of such sacred gifts?
-------------------------------------------------------------
So it seems we are dreaming much in the past few months.
Do not understand why i would want to call in Thunder beings, but strange to say i was telling a lady about it a few weeks back and we emailed backwards and forwards for about 4 or 5 days, and yep had a thunderstorm every evening!! had some again this week, and my feeling has been, which came first, the chicken or the egg?
Did i call them in by my dream, or did i dream of them because they were going to show up?
Would like to know a little about the power of these ones, for i do not know much at all.
Blessings and thanks for your patience.
The only thing i do know, is WE CAN CONNECT WITH ANYTHING, OR MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY WITH US IF WE WALK WITH AND OPEN LOVING HEART AND CHILDLIKE JOY.

Then I woke up, so happy to have had the experience. Floating somewhere in between, I fell back asleep, and Heard a knocking. knock knock knock. Instantly I was awake in my dream experience and could choose what I wanted to do and where to go. I went to hawaii, where I visited in a dream recently, and to the top of mt. Humphreys near my hometown, flagstaff, AZ. I could go anywhere. What do I want to practice? I could get answers so quickly! Jumping to different dreams I've had, so now I want to revisit the one's I learned most from. Imagination was the limit! I want to take in images of far away places and read stories in this tribe and explore possibilities, though I was advised a week or so ago in a dream to be cautious in lucid dreams. Does anyone have any advice on this sort of thing?

Perhaps not too coincidentally, the night before I had a near-death experience in my dreams. Spinning out of control after a quick switch when I realized I was going to run into a wall (in a car), I spiralled for a long time, closing my eyes, and finally felt my body slipping into the next world. Whoa. So flat without sensations. I felt so lucky as I came back to my body and woke up again in a Relaxation clinic-- just the right medicine for the current crazy whirlwind! Waking up in the clinic, I felt so fucking fortunate not only to be alive, but to have had the experience and have the opportunity to understand how precious this opportunity of being alive truly is. Aho!

it seemed as if I started out with an empty toolbox,
that fills itself with tricks, tools, skills and other usefull stuff as I had more regular LD's.
Like in a Zelda adventure, where you start out with some leggings and a wooden sword.
Once a technique seemed to work for me, it was as if these techniques would be
readily available on subsequent lucid adventures.

Most of mine aren't so unique, and I've lost the LD skill (pickin it up again)
so I'm interested to hear what you guys have going on!

-Reality-Checks; like backwards summersaults, swinging an arm through another, or quick turn of the head
-Changing scenery by creating doors and stepping through them
-Asking friendly dream creatures to meet me again the next night, or helping me 'awake'
-Transforming objects in my hand (into bottles of beer or spliffs :)

I've also read that it's possible to create a home in the 'astral', that will then always be there for your return.
That you can create doors in your home that lead to specific other astral places, and other cool stuff,
but I've never gotten that far (yet)...

Do you have an astral apartment, or unique tools, and tricks up your sleeve in the lucid dream world?

Recently, I have met a couple of people who are very spiritual, and have shown me that I, too, am spiritual, just didn't know it, or how to develop it into a force in my life. Monday evening, they convinced me that I must begin walking the road to enlightenment, and we are making plans for how to make this happen. I don't think it's a coincidence that the very same night, I had my very first lucid dream. It was an awesome experience. I knew immediately knew I was dreaming, and actually yelled to myself, "Hey! I'm dreaming!" So the first thing I did was start flying around the area. Everywhere I flew, there were dozens of powerlines that I had to avoid, but it was no problem, I avoided them easily, even though I didn't seem to fly slowly, I had to go fast. I landed on a rooftop of an industrial building, and started walking through walls. I could see my body dissolving, mixing with the wall, and coming out the other side, with a little resistance. This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

That lucid dreaming doesn't seem to be correlated with any resolution on anything one might get into on an emotional level. So why is lucid dreaming a good idea? Why would I want to have lucid dreams?

A couple of things I've been working on and wondering about are:

1) Do any of you construct a "portal" area? Usually when I'm lucid I have a fair amount of difficulty in completely changing dreamscapes, so I've been focusing on a "portal area" in the woods. Most of my dreamscapes are bordered by trees/woods and by simply venturing off into the woods, I come to my portal area. It has several stone archways that I can see other dreamscapes through, and allows me to change scapes with a bit more ease.

2) Have any of you experimented with maintaining lucidness while waking up? I've only managed to do this twice. It's a phenomenally peculiar sensation as the brain wakes up and starts accepting stimulus from the 5 senses again. Feels like my spirit is being slammed through a filter into my body.

Just wanting some input from other lucid dreamers out there. . .

I remember contemplating to myself that the manifestations I was making were beautiful yet I was beginning to already feel a bit disenchanted by the way the story was playing out. I was not accustomed to a landscape I had to control so heavily to see. Perhaps the effect of having to 'Think' everything before it was in front of me was too contradictory to actual reality for me to handle, but I focused and as Superman I sat there on the ground and meditated in a somewhat stereotypical sitting position (I've actually never meditated in real life)

I knew what I wanted, something that seemed external, outside my control, so as to spice up the story. And so I envisioned a robot that took a semi-human form. Only one powerful leg, one arm, blocky metal parts to balance the form and a laser eye mounted on the shoulder opposite of his arm. I opened my eyes and it was in front of me. Then it attacked me immediately. We fought in the air like a classic comic book fight and he bested me forcing me into wakefulness upon its victory. I've never been able to remember a lucid dream as of yet where I was so involved and aware of the level of control going on.

Time is a complex subject...there are many things that come to mind; that time is precious, valuable, fleeting, can be expanded, is non-linear, that I am often in my own personal time zone, etc. I felt as though I was travelling inbetween planes. The other powerful image for me, was that at some point I was biting someone's fingers off, hard and intentionally with my teeth. I have never expeienced that in my dreams. Though I am moving through deep emotional reconciliation right now, so it makes perfect sense. I am deep in process, clearing inside and out, I am busy working in the sleeping hours as well, which is not new for me, but I have never shared like this before and just wondered if any of you have seen any of these images, looking for more insight on what is coming to me.

Join us for 7 days and 7 nights in this Caribbean paradise complete with private beachfront cabanas, Mayan ruins, live dolphins, freshwater cenotes and pristine white sand beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters. There really are only two words which can best describe Tulum: Absolutely Magic!

During the course of the retreat we will be learning to achieve lucidity and altered states of consciousness with various proven induction techniques including The Pyramid Dry Floatation Tank, Tibetan Dream Yoga, Pranayama, Temazcal Healing Ceremonies, Alpha Mindstates and Meditation, Light and Sound Machines and the Mexican plant teachers Calea Zacatechichi and Salvia Divinorum.

The intention of this retreat is to assist all participants in achieving direct experience with transpersonal states of consciousness. By developing the ability of awakening within both the waking and sleeping dream at will, we may discover our true purpose in life as conscious creators of our own destiny to the benefit of humanity and all living beings.

Years ago I read a book on how to induce lucid dreaming, followed the instructions and it worked for me. The basic idea was simple: all day long, whenever you find yourself in a situation which is even slightly odd, ask yourself, "am I dreaming?" This becomes a habit (for me after a couple of weeks IIRC) and sure enough when I'd be dreaming I would see something totally out of the ordinary, I'd ask myself if I was dreaming and the answer would be "YES", and I would then start lucid dreaming. At first I got too excited and woke myself up, but over time I learned to stay with it longer and eventually for as long as I wanted.

The thing that always got me were the imposed "environmental" limitations. For instance, I taught myself how to fly. I couldn't *force* anything, that would wake me up, so I had to *will* things to happen as effortlessly as possible. But in the beginning I could only fly over a body of water, and even then I could only get about 10 feel above the water. Later I overcame that and could fly anywhere I wanted to.

The last lucid dream I had was intense, and afterwards I intentionally stopped. If any of you have seen the movie "Ghost" you might remember when the main character was learning about being a ghost, and jumping through trains in the NYC subways. Well, it was kind of like that; I was in a neighborhood and a car was driving at about 30mph, I was running along side it and then I sped up and jumped in front of it so that it could pass through me... but instead, it turned into a driveway. I thought little of it, and took off flying, I was doing aerial acrobatics when all of a sudden there were power lines in my way, and I almost got tangled up in them...

I woke from this dream a bit shaken. I couldn't figure out: If I'm conscious and I'm doing the flying, WHO is putting power lines in my way! Who was driving the car that independently turned? At the time, I took this more as a spiritual challenge, and did not see the paradigm of my own sub-conscious fucking with (or perhaps trying to communicate with) my "conscious" mind.

As a side note, as a spiritual experience, my belief was that my lucid dreaming was a holographic lesson that pertained to the "waking world". My sense was that the way in which I effected my environment in my lucid dreams came from the exact same place in consciousness (effortless willing) that we manifest reality in general.

I haven't had a truly lucid dream in years, although the quality of my dreams changed after having had lucid dreams. I've woken up from dreams lately and remembered that the dream started with something like me looking at myself in a mirror, and thinking about how odd it was that my hair was six inches long and standing straight up in the air (my hair is generally very short)... but I thought nothing of it and went on with the dream. That was my queue, my reality breaker to make me ask, Am I dreaming? --and I missed it. Oh well.

I had read about this remarkable feat being done by a controlled group of lucid dreamers who had never done a psychedelic in their life. Their objective was to consume dream-LSD and see if they would have an actual psychedelic experience. The results were startling, and not only did the experience they described match traditional LSD trips, but some of them even had their altered state carry over into waking consciousness.

I got extremely excited by this (since I had longed to experience anything remotely close to my paradigm-shattering ayahuasca trip years ago), and made the decision to do it.

It came to me in the form of a muffin which I devoured without hesitation, handed over by my super-hippy friend (who always has some form of illegal substance on him). Some other guy was with him and they both consumed the dream muffins. I was not lucid nor did I intentionally create the muffins into existence in the dream, but the cause and effect of intending to do so the night before and finding the opportunity right in front of my blind eyes suddenly proved too coincidental for even me, and I became lucid. *As a very interesting point to consider later, it should be reemphasized that I consumed the muffin before I became lucid.

About 20 to 30 mintues "real time" passed by in the dream, and I had forgotten completely that I ever consumed the muffin. I was sitting in my front yard meditating when all of a sudden the dream starts shifting rapidly and I lose all ground beneath me. "Holy ***", I thought, as I realized I'm not just dreaming about a trip, I'm actually having one.

I get the distinct feeling/realization that THIS is a DREAM. I'm not talking about the "holy crap I'm dreaming" feeling that comes when you become lucid in a dream. That realization is still contained in the contextual framework of the physical body consciousness experiencing a dream. Not to mention I was already lucid. I'm talking about the realization that there is no ground, anywhere, in the universe; that all reality, THIS NOW, is ultimately perception, and all perception is ultimately subjective and groundless. Lucid waking might be an apt description of what I felt, except I felt it from within a dream.

I got very curious and decided to check back on my body in bed by phasing some of my awareness. My body was as much a dream symbol as anything else and waved and oscillated, except on some hardwired neuro network of self perception it maintained its consensual form and function. Surreal as it was, I deduced through logic that somehow, somewhere, it was still my regular old body and if someone saw it there it would still look like me sleeping. This was logic, however. My direct experience was that my physical body was also a dream.

The function of my body was incredible during this experience. My kundalini was set to "afterburn" while my third eye regurgitated kaleidoscopic-fractal-spectra into the steaming pile of vomit that was my reality (fresh with chunks of dichotomy and seething with yesterday morning's contradiction). My body was like a self sustained reality generating hologram; a hologram that projected it's own reality of form and function. I checked through each of my other chakra's, and delighted as I became enveloped in a diapason of perception. My heart center was a deep and engaging love song; my base center was heavy metal; my crown was like the most enchanting angelic music I've ever heard, or dreamed, or hallucinated. Each chakra was a corresponding music of the same frequency bandwidth.

I phase back to my dreaming body and meet up with my hippy friend as we go tripping around mindlessly. At this point I have little memory recall, perhaps because i was running low on juice. At one point I'm in a room with the two other guys who ate the muffins (I don't know if you all believe in Shared Dreaming, but this is perhaps my most convincing personal evidence I have so far; not just of dreaming and the implied dynamics of "other" dreamers, but even of the reality of "other" sentient beings as self contained reality generating microcosms. Remember? The steaming pile of vomit? shy2 ).

Anyway, as I approach these two individuals and we all get closer together, our energy fields synergize and increase in resonance, and to my utter dumbfoundment I find my own individual psychedelic phenomenon starts to increase; up to a scary point where all my perceptions become waveforms in an ocean of liquid dream. I back away from the group, and the effects diminish.

Now, some would argue that this was all inside my brain, and the effect was caused by the dream symbology of me getting closer to other psychedelic energy fields. Fair enough, after all, the whole experience was produced by a dream psychedelic muffin, and I did have a real life experience with which to generate everything.

*But remember when I ate the muffin to begin with? I was not conscious; it was like watching a movie. And when the trip started? I was lucid, but I had no memory whatsoever of taking the muffin. There was something that, despite the level of my consciousness and the influence of my subconscious mind on my dream, carried forth the enfolded instructions of what that dream muffin was supposed to invoke. I think that this was the dreaming body itself; existing as a self-sustained reality despite our level of conscious engagement with it. If I can have a dreaming self that is "real", is isn't too far a leap to say other dreamers can too.

The real question is, of course, is there an objective "other" period? Some mystics would say that no, ultimately it is all within your consciousness, even your brain is a perception of your consciousness, therefore there is no "out there" and you are utterly alone. Some scientists would say that yes, there is a definite quantifiable objective other, yet compelling as all their arguments are, I'm still the one that hears them speak and reads their papers, and It's all perceptual information that's happening in my world. I still don't know if there is an outside "reality". If I can perceive this "reality" directly, then it is still my own, personal, utterly alone perception. Perhaps this gives a clue as to what reality is? help!

I put forth idea that the self/other dilemma is not exclusively one view or the other, nor is it both views at the same time resulting in some weird dichotomy that defies logic. I put forth that self and other is a function of consciousness; two ends of the same stick.

Well, needless to say, the experience got me philosophizing

I had a lucid dream last week in which I gained lucidity after my car had been demolished in Mexico (in the dream). A man was offering me a dodge for like $600 bucks, and I didn't care that I didn't have the money at all. A young man my age happened by and dropped a large green leaf in the air and it looped a couple times in the air and landed in my hand. I threw the laef in the air and it looped and swirled and landed in his hand, he then put it on his foot and kicked it in the air, again it swirled around and this time it landed on my foot. I did the same back and it landed on his foot. I felt a strange attraction to the man (which in my dream I had to admit to myself was my first homosexual urge). I looked at him after the leaf had landed on his foot and his face had become a grayish green color and looked like stone, it was here that I gained full lucidity and asked the man,"are you real?" My question actually meant," are you a non-organic living entity like the ones Casteneda spoke of. He replied, "yes." I said "will you take me with you?' and he said yes. Suddenly we were transported into a normalish looking house and he'd become an old woman. I asked him/her/it to reveal some secrets to life to me. The first thing it said was humans must not keep or meddle in the affairs of cold-blooded or base creatures of earth, and showed me on a dresser three terrariums, one with iguanas one with tarantulas and one with scorpions. all of them were inbred and deformed and devouring one another. I told her I didn't understand and asked if there was anything else, and she began to tell my that "impure bloodlines" "mixed breeds" and "bastards" were not recognized as sentient beings and were not in the akashic records. I got a very bad creepy feeling from what she said and then I woke up. I think either I'm tripping or a met a malevolent inorganic entity in my dream. Cateneda put inorganic entities into two broad categories one tries to teach you while the others try to deceive you.

I have a Dream Share group that meets at my place once a week that has been a real blessing. In fact today I have been reading all the posts on this tribe as a way of inculcating lucid dreaming. I definately feel lucid dreaming is a way to get into contact with the all-powerfull healer/satguru/saint/whore that is our very own self! I also agree with Felicity (who is or was a member of this tribe) that a great way to prepare is to realize that being awake is just another dream that includes the dreamlike experience of continuity and stability. As a matter of fact if the last 30 minutes of what just occured was wiped from an individuals memory, the present would instantly become very dream like for them. (Which happened to me once.) Any way, one of my favorite dream traits which is particular to me is that Super Hero's show up in them. Last week The Lone Ranger and I were having a conversation on a golf course. He was very friendly and fatherly.
I always find these mythic super hero archetypes to be very healing and positive. They are like totems. Anyway I look forward to communicating with all of you

Had a dream 2 nights ago about being in a female monks monestary in china, was a long dream and very vivid. Was trying to help a man get out, the head monk was a very old and traditional woman. We were running over the peaked roofs and through huge buildings where bakers and weavers ect worked, chased by the monk guards. This place seemed like a town in itself and at the end we were running across this large open area, heading to a range of small hills. I wondered why we were silly enough to be out in an open area like this, as we could be seen very easily. Thought we were out of the monestary grounds, but the place was so large i wondered it this area was still within the walls!

The next evening my friend read something on the internet about a town in China that will strickly for women!!
Another thought came in as i write this, have also just aquired a beautiful crystal from Tibet/China and now wonder if this accounts for the dream?
Kristine on Crystal Solutions has put pics up of it for me, she called it "Her Majasty."
lol http://tribes.tribe.net/mhcrystalsolutions
I had a dream a few years ago of being in another land and going into an old monestry seeking the crystals the Time Lords hid here thousands of years ago. (didnt even know what or who time lords were, still not clear on that.)
Found them, there were two that worked together, as i held one in the left hand, one in the right i felt so humble that i could now recieve messages from .....Saw a star grid, where the Time lords are, and i could reply back!
A few months ago i heard the guys who own the crystal shop here were going to Tibet to get more crystals for the shop. I went in and drew a pic of one of the crystals and said if they see it could they get it for me! I thought i was crazy, these crystals may not even exist, it was a dream after all, even if it seemed so real.
When they came back they had a crystal for me, when i saw it i began to shake and tears nearly overcame me, this was the energy of the dream, but the crystal looked nothing like the one i had drawn! The boys said they saw it and knew it was mine.
Driving home it suddenly hit me.... this was the OTHER crystal i had found, the activator!! Was so focused on the sender/reciever id totally forgotten about the other one!!
Go and check her out, our dreams are not just dreams, some are real messages if we believe and trust it is so.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Topics that are appropriate include sacred geometry, DNA activation / recoding, ETs, channelling, Ascension, Light Body activation, merkaba, angels, vibrational healing, interstellar astral travel, etc - however they will be approached from the perspectives of Pagans.

There is a growing interest in many aspects and theories surrounding the Ascension Paradigm within the Pagan community, but many do not feel that they resonate with the New Age context. This group will serve as a platform for interested Pagans to gather and discuss Ascension practices in an environment that is more familiar and comfortable. How these practices and beliefs fit into the NeoPagan paths will also be a consistently revisted theme.
Interested parties are encouraged to read "Ascension Magick" by Christopher Penczak for a fantastic introduction to the Ascension Paradigm for Pagans, including many meditations and practical exercises.

It was night and the moon radiated a dim light that made my surroundings hard to see. Then this large tiger popped out of nowhere and started charging at me. At that moment, I had to take control and I ran backwards to wake myself up. I ran from this tiger and consciously woke myself up. It was pretty damn cool. As the years progressed, I started to talk to spirits in my lucid dreams which is pretty damn cool. This spirit came into my dream about a 2 weeks ago and didn't want to tell me who he was. His eyes were so piercing and he didn't blink the whole time I was talking to him. I got kinda mad and demanded he tell me who he was. Then he vanished and it was creepy cuz it was like a disapperaing act cuz his clothes were on the floor but he went away. Anyhow, they're just becoming stronger as I get older. Cheers!

i was falling asleep one night with my girl resting her head on my chest also about to pass out for the night. like always i started visualizing whatever. i let my mind just go with the flow. about 5 minutes after closing my eyes i wondered what my girlfriend was visualizing as she slowly slipped into the dream world. i wanted to ask her if she was seeing the same thing as i. i waited till i felt something strong, after another minute or two i saw a huge condor flapping its wings. that was it! i thought to myself so i said, "baby, what are you seeing right now?"

"a huge eagle" she replied. she described it as having an enourmous wing span.

that night was even crazier. we woke up and shared our dreams like we always do. one dream that stood out in particular (for both of us)was one we both had. in our own dreams, respectively we had the same.

we were each in the passenger seat of a friend's car. the friend was driving at insane speeds through this windey road. we both felt like we feared for our lives. eventually the windey road lead to a forest. Our descriptions of the forest was identical. a one lane windey black road weaving in and out of this dark forest that was covered with trees everywhere except the road. it was night in my dream, late evening in hers.

ive had this windey road dream before but never this vivid.
how do you interpret our sharing the same dream of a race car on steroids frolicking through the woods? is this dream common? if it is what are the chances we were both thinking of a LARGE bird with a huge wingspan before we went to sleep?

any similar experiences? good luck; dream on

Not only did I never receive useful information from this query, but it seemed a completely inappropriate and demeaning question. His alternatives are:

Who are you? What do you represent?

If he encountered someone he knew in a lucid dream, he'd verify it was really that person by asking, "A year from now, where will you be living?" Or some such question that enables future validation of meeting a true being rather than simply a projection.

I poured a bucket of water on the sloping sand and in an instant the sand was a most beautiful shining gold. i was astonished to see the suns reflection on the sand so bright that i started to question my reality. quicky almost instantly i aware and lucid. what thrilled me the most was that i knew my body was tucked away with my eyes closed, but in this lucid world i was seeing the brightest light i have ever seen. i then looked out towards the ocean and saw the crashing waves. having practiced telekenesis in previous lucid dreams i was able to stare out into the ocean and visualize the waves quadrupling in size. after some hard but swift concentration (to the point that my head started to shake) the waves rose out of the water 50ft high and crashed a most exquisit crash. i did this for some time then with out much thought i floated in the air towards the ocean. after some time i went back to shore where the dreamscape changed. suddenly i was with my girl and we were in a dark house. i was stil aware of my state of consiousness. it took my girlfriend a few minutes to say "everything looks so weird" i laughed and said "babe, were dreaming right now..." we both shared a moment of euphoria when we came to the conclusion that we need to agree on a word so we know we were dreaming the same dream when we wake up.

once we woke up i asked her if she had any recollection of such a dream, she didnt but she said she woudnt be surprised if she just couldnt remember.

When I was a child I used to lucid dream all the time, and I just thought that was how dreams were. Since then it's been a seldom experienced phenomenon, even though when I practice and put intention into dreaming I've been able to dream quite consciously and vividly with good dream recall. I haven't quite been able to cross that line into lucidity though. Does anyone have any helpful advice? I know how much regular lucidity would increase the quality of my life. THANKS

What are your triggers...?

I'm curious to know what are other peoples triggers within the dream to help them realize that they are actually dreaming. For me, one of the biggies is when my cat is cruising around with me--I usually start to worry---"why did I bring my kitty to a concert? What if she gets lost?". Often, this works, 'cause I know I'd never bring my cat to any of these places. When I realize I'm dreaming, she becomes an awesome companion 'cause I no longer have to worry about her...

For the most part, though, it's just straight up oddities that trigger my lucidity. When I think, "wow, that's really strange...I've never seen THAT before...," I often realize that the utter absurdity of it all, helps me realize I'm dreaming...

On to the next question...Do you have a test to varify you're dreaming when you start to suspect that you are...?

For me, attempting to fly helps me validate the fact I'm dreaming without fail. In my waking state, I've often encountered events that seemed odd, or unreal, and actually attempted to fly just like I do in my dreams---I'm always surprised when it doesn't work!

I'd love to hear other peoples triggers, and how they validate their suspicians...

Hi All !
this returns to an earlier theme of attaining lucidity to reverse nightmares.
in brief, I have been having what I will generically call "visits to hell-realms" on a nightly basis for the past 3 months.
the activities involve going progressively underground (as in, descending to ta basement, then a sub-basement of a building, etc.). there is a lot of painful difficulty to basically repetitious simple action (for instance, trying to assemble enough coins to get through a subway turnstile, dropping them, not having enough, then finding my ourse has disappeared etc.; trying to find stairs going up and being confued by an escher-esque maze; being chased and moving painfully slowly)

now, on an energetic level, I am doing great; there is no "hidden trauma" or stuffing of something or denial .

in fact, I had a reading just 2 weeks ago from a medical intuitve and all my chakras are not only open and functioning but all are high-functioning, including a continual literal "down-load" feed into my 7th chakra from divine Mind.

I am not waking up in a cold sweaty panic and feeling oppressed from these, so I have a weird feeling that "this is boot camp" - as if I am dispatched into hell-realms, and my job is to become lucid, and then I will be equipped to do "search and rescue" missions for souls in need.

last night I had a small breakthrough towards lucidity - I was in a desolate post-apocalyptic american city and most of the surviving women had been forced into sexual slavery as prostitutes and were drug addicts/ dealers too - a sadder scenario I could not imagine. I find myself with this raggedy, pathetic group and I start to protest, saying, "I don't live here ! I have a home and clean clothes and I'm not an addict. and I have a cat ! where's my cat ? what have you done with her ?" at this point, through the profound disorientation, memories of my little black cat start to surface and I miss her profoundly. the other whores laugh at me, and call me crazy, and tell me I don't have a cat - I have nothing. I start to get angry and remember more and more of my waking life and I shout "I have a cat ! I have a cat ! and her name is Choco!"
I immeditaely woke up and the first thing I did was reach down and find my cat curled up in bed with me, as she is every night.
as you can imagine, I have never been more grateful to confirm her existence :)

so I wonder - why the relentless journeys to hell-realms ?
any tips for waking into lucid warrior-mode while I'm in there ?
pre-sleep suggestion has not done that yet, not fully.

blessings in dreaming,
